If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at returns@theburningstones.com within 21 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned unused & in original packaging. Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost is non-refundable. We recommend a proof of postage is obtained for your return in the event that we do not receive the parcel.

Please note sale items, custom orders and items which have been personalized cannot be returned. Please be aware there are no refunds or exchanges after 21 days from purchase.
