Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned unused & in original packaging. Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping cost is non-refundable. We recommend a proof of postage is obtained for your return in the event that we do not receive the parcel.

Please note sale items, custom orders and items which have been personalized cannot be returned. Please be aware there are no refunds or exchanges after 21 days from purchase.
